In the context of compliance of “ATRON HEALTH MEDICAL PRODUCTS AND MACHINES SOLE PROPERTY ANONYMOUS COMPANY” with the requirements of the current legislation on personal data, including the new General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679/EU, we ask for your consent in order to send you a newsletter, namely electronic updates about our company and the products we market, for the marketing of new related products of our company, as well as information and updates about relevant events, even by automated means.

The declared e-mail address will be registered in the corporate system of our company, in accordance with the applicable legislation – including the provisions concerning the security and confidentiality of data, and the principles of fair and legal processing and will be processed by our company personnel ( Administrative staff). Your email address will only be used for sending the newsletter and will not be forwarded to third parties without your express consent. Your declared e-mail address will be kept by the Company only for as long as you are registered with the Company’s service in question and up to five years. After five years have passed since your registration, we will delete your e-mail address from our company’s corporate system and you will have to renew your registration to continue sending you newsletters. You can at any time contact us and especially the Data Protection Officer of our company, so that you can exercise the rights provided for in articles 15-22 of the Regulation, including access to your data, verification of the content of your data, of their origin, accuracy and location, obtaining a copy of data, request to complete, update, modify your data, in the cases defined by law, request to limit data processing, as well as to delete. Similarly, you can withdraw your consent at any time by sending a relevant email to e-mailef@atronhealth.gr, as well as inform the Personal Data Protection Authority if you consider our use of your data inappropriate.
