ACL – PCL Femur Fixation

Hamstrings’ fixation device for ACL or PCL ruptures, with a titanium plate and pre-assembled femur loop, in six different diameters.

The system can be used in AM or transtibial techniques. It can give to the surgeon the choice of the graft (hamstrings, patellar tendon, quadriceps, allografts), and also the choice of single or double bundle techniques, as there is the availability of instruments to perform these techniques.

This is a “minimally invasive” technique, as the required incision is just the one in the tibia for harvesting the autograft (hamstrings).

This fixation device is supposed to be one of the strongest, as the femur fixation plate “sits” on the external side of the femur.
